Me and my wife is currently sorting out previous offers to lease 37 acres of mineral rights we own in Denton. We are too busy to take the time to research this stuff and I am very grateful to my friend who recommended this site for me to get up to date information on what's happening around the area. I've seen some drilling activities within some 5 mile surroundings. Can anybody please let me know how much are being offered currently? Texas is leasing for 1,800/acre or at least they were last time I looked. Thanks for your help, we would really appreciate any inputs on the current lease prices so we can maximized the money we can get once we sign a contract.
