Has anyone gotten any offers on minerals and what is the price range?
Welcome to the forum. To get a better answer, you would need the section, township and range. Given the current price of oil, this is not a seller’s market at the moment.

Two months ago, before sharp drop in oil prices, $15K/acre. Same section.
Yes I’m in 3-7N-7W and was offered and told it is now only worth between $1000 to $2000 an acre. Camino Resource filed a permit to drill last year but sought and was granted a relief just recently!
Regardless of what anybody on this forum says, you and only you can decide what something is worth. Everyone has different wants, needs & desires. Educate yourself and then decide.
