I am in Section 13, Township 63, and the current leases are going for 18 3/4 royalty and bonuses from $500 to over $1000 per acre. Just depends on your location. Best find a good landman or attorney to review your lease offer and help with the negotiations. These rates are from last year, so they may be less now since oil dropped in value.
