Things are picking up steam in Tuscarawas County, Several landman groups going door to door, now mail order offers and at least one landowner group starting. Appears that most of the interest is from IS 77 east. Biggest Oil and Gas involved appears to be EOG. But others are coming closer as well. Encino’s recent Salt Fork offer is only 15 miles south.

Who is the landaman for EOG in Tuscarawas county
I don’t work in Ohio, so cannot answer the EOG landman question. Make sure that your name and address and title info such as deeds or probate documents are properly filed in the county courthouse with the clerk of deeds/records. If the landman want to lease your area, that is where they start-the courthouse.
There are three that I know of, Sam Hershberger, William Topping, and a new guy from Pa.
