Anyone know the current leasing rates for 9-6N-4W or 4-5N-4W?
Force pooling around 9 has been in the $200-$400 range with 3/16 royalty. I have heard of ofers to buy in the $2500-3500 range, but I wouldn't sell if it were me.
Force pooling around 4 : 4 had force pool in 2012 for $1100 and 1/8. s 3 had $850 3/16 You might check out the Eagle Rock investors page. I think they are in here.

You can just go on their webpage and go to investor presentations to see what activity they are involved in. They have some pretty good maps. I would go there before you call them.

I just got a letter from Eagle Rock which proposes a well to test the Big Four and Simpson formation in ne/4 section 3-5n-4w . Cost $3,685,600 . offered $800 for 1/8th, 600 for 3/16th, 400 for 1/5th or no cash and 1/4th. In the pooling for section 4 in Dec 2012 they paid $1100 for 1/8th, 1000 for 3/16th , or no cash and 1/4th . sw/4 to test Deese, Woodford,Hunton,Viola, 1st. & 2nd. Bromide.
