Hi,

I was recently contacted by an oil company inquiring about leasing my minerals in Kingfisher County. They are located in Township 16 North, Range 5 West. I’m interested in knowing what others are leasing for in this area. If anyone has any information, I’d appreciate it!

We own minerals in NW of 16, 17N-9W, and Chesapeake was leasing in the spring for $400 an acre and 3/16th. We did not lease but most in the area did. Now they have pulled back leasing in my area. It could be different for your area.
