I recently got an offer of $1,500.00 per acre to sign @ a 15% royalty for mineral rights I have in Harrison County, West Virginia. I haven't been keeping up with what's been going lately in this area. Is this a good offer? Have there been any new discoveries or developments? Is there any prospect for oil in the Utica or Devonian?
