Just got a call today from XTO wanting to renew a lease that ends soon on 10 net acres in Marshall County, Oklahoma. They’re offering $600 / acre. Is this competitive?

We received $1760.00 for 5 years of funds on 15 acres, so far. No interest pay & no bonus signing pay either. This sounds like a lot of baloney… Thompson 1-31h.
