Current gas line easement prices per foot or per rod in Oklahoma

Hello, this is a first time post for me. My father is currently trying to negotiate a gas line easement with a gas company and he is trying to find the current prices that are being paid per foot or per rod. The land in question is in Lincoln County Oklahoma. Any information on prices in that area or surrounding areas would be appreciated. Thank You.

Payne county - DCP paid 200/rod for 12" NGL line earlier this year.

Thanks for your reply. I am currently dealing with Scissortail energy (Copano energy). They are also wanting to put in a gas metering station.My father is 83 years old and used to live in the little town of Agra when he was younger.This is where the gas line easement and metering station will go if negotiations go accordingly. Agra is in Lincoln County. If you come across any more information it would be much appreciated. Thank You.

Use a good o/gas attny. Mine added 3 pages of addendums to the contract.

Last one that I negotiated that was not an eminent domain situation in Oklahoma was for $450 per rod for a 10 year term, with a CPI adjusted renewal for a total of 70 years.

Surface facilities should be negotiated separately.
