CSG Operating lease expired in October 2022 on Sec. 8 League 300, Terry Co School Land Survey. Is there any activity in the area?
A recent CourtHouseDirect “Lease Alert” shows a 120 page document in which EOG Resources assigns Gaines & Dawson county interests to Moss Creek Resources, LTD. This appears to be the play which was leased by CGS Operating on behalf of EOG Resources.
our leases expired in Oct in Gaines and Dawson Counties and CSG did not pick up the option either - we would really like to lease them again
