I have 80 acres in the Cross Creek Township that Chesapeake bought the mineral rights to. I was just wondering if anyone has any information on the area. I know recently a lot of my neighbors have sold mineral rights and wondered how long after buying up a town does it take for them to move in and start drilling.
I will be interested to see the replies. We have a tiny piece of property in that area and are negotiating as well. We are curious how long it takes to drill. Good luck.
