Looking for mineral rights near Moorcroft.
Can anyone tell me what leases are going for in Crook County? We have minerals in T55N R67W, section 19, 21, 29, 30 and 32. 1240 acres +/- (6.77 net acres)

We just recently purchased these rights from my uncles estate. I know the family has been receiving royalty from Crook County, Wyoming, but I don’t know if they are from these sections or not. My aunt negotiated bonus payments of $175 per acre, 1 year lease and 3/16 royalty in 1985. I was wondering what the “ballpark” amounts are now?
