Are any other RI owners having problems communicating with this company (Crescent Pass Energy, LLC)? They have purchased operated and non-operated positions in East Texas, including Cherokee Co.
Update from original poster. By “communicating” that includes about payments NOT received. Is anybody else in a non-operated property and have they not been paid RI on 5 of the 8 unit wells since CPE took over from Sabine?? If so, have they been given any coherent reasons or a firm expectation of when they will be paid? Thanks for any input…
