Creek County--lease production and ownership

I have inherited some oil royalties through a family trust and a lot of old paperwork. I currently receive royalties from Creek County in Section 34--Stevenson lease 16N-10E. I also have other references to 19N-9E and 14N-10E in this section and paperwork references to Sections 27 and16. I only have 1 very old Mineral Deed for one of these properties.

Is there a way I can check with the County Clerk or someone to determine the ownership of the mineral rights for these Sections? Are there any other producing wells in Section 34 besides Stevenson or any producing wells in Sections 16 and 27? How do I find out this information?

I am located in Indiana so going to the County Seat to review records will not be easy.

I was in the same situation about a year ago and hired a landman to do the searching and paperwork for me. It was much less expensive in the long run than trying to fly there and do the work myself. I can give you the name of the person I used if you're interested.
