I have this “2. DIVISION ORDER: No Division Order shall amend the terms of this lease.” in my “Exhibit A” which should help with part of what you said.
Then I searched on the forum for Letter in Lieu and found your post from July 2023 with the form you posted. Downloaded that for future reference. Thanks:)
