You are asking a bit early (but that is okay). There are two Trout wells from the same pad so it will take a longer time. 1-2-22-15CHX (3512900045) goes north from 27 into 22 into 15. It was spud on 10/22/25. The other is 2-27-34CHX (3512900054) and goes south from 27 into 34 into 3 and into 10 if it can go that far.
A typical long well like this takes four to five months to drill and complete. Doing two takes longer because they drill them both before the frac jobs so they can save money on the completion.
You can have an idea of completion date by using www.frac-focus.org and watching for the frac job. Use the advanced search option as it is easier. I checked it this morning and they are not posted yet. I would think March or April.
Then it will take five months or so to do the Division Order title work. With that many sections, there could be over a thousand titles to check. My general estimate is a year from spud to pay in the bank. Might be a bit more or a bit less depending on the title work time.
You do not have to sign a Division Order in OK in order to get paid and it is not recommended. You do have to give the operator a W-9. Look up “letter in lieu” on the forum for a draft template.
