WOW, looks like no one has any interest in this group. We all sit on top of some of the most productive and valuable real estate in the world. I know a lot of wells already exist and prevent some from leasing, but I would think maybe everyone is already leased. If that’s the case, some of you might be able to help me come up with a lease per acre amount I might get on my 166 acres. My current lease expires in 60 days. Some offers have been made but no commitment yet. Thanks in advance.
