My mother (90) got an offer for her inherited 1 acre on Flat Run Rd in Marion County, West Virginia that she didn’t know she had. On the phone they offered $1500 then sent a letter for $1122. Is this a good offer? Any help is appreciated.
CR is offering a very low price. I suggest that if you need to sell, please research other mineral companies in the Appalachian Basin.
