Has anyone sold mineral rights to Cowboy Minerals or know anything about them? I don’t understand how someone in business can expect a person to sign a mineral deed without cash in hand. I will do an in-house closing as I will not sign any deed without cash in hand. Them not mentioning escrow and just signing a mineral deed sends out red flags. They have an A+ rating with BBB but are not a member.
