Has anyone sold mineral rights to cowboy minerals or know anything about them? I don’t understand how someone in business can expect a person to sign a mineral deed without cash in hand. I will do a in house closing as i will not sign any deed without cash in hand.them not mentioning escrow and just sign a mineral deed sends out red flags. They have A+ rating with BBB but are not a member.
