Any members currently working the county records in Dimmit County? I was contacted regarding a previously leased tract. However, the location info is the same, but the acreage total is different. Wondering if this is from a “resurvey,” a new subdivision, etc.
I’d like to get a survey plat map showing the original lease acreage (267.4 acres) vs the new lease proposed acreage (160 acres). See if they are separate tracts entirely, non-contiguous, or if the 160 is simply some type of resurvey.
This would be Stewart Newell A-637, Section 269.
