Any members currently working the county records in Dimmit Co.? I was contacted regarding a previously leased tract. However, the location info is the same, but, the acreage total is different. Wondering if this is from a “resurvey”, a new subdivision etc I’d like to get a survey plait map showing the original lease acreage (267.4ac) vs the new lease proposed acreage (160ac). See if they are separate tracts entirely, non-contiguous, or if the 160 is simply some type of resurvey. This would be Stewart Newell A-637, sec 269.
