Type this into your browser and you can look them up. Put the county name in
Make sure you put a "0" in front of the 5 and 4 Looks like this 28 05N 04E Hit Search and it will list the wells.

Then hit the magnifying glass on the well you are interested in. It will pop up with basic information. I usually hit the All Images button at the bottom to see everything.
Sec 28 is much more active than 20.

Sometimes it locks up, so give it a while and try again. I have a Mac and it really gets finicky sometimes. Good luck.
