For the last year we have gottne bombarded with offers to purhcase these properties. We have not sold and never would. We know Coterra was drilling and they have been merged with Devon. Last we heard they would be producing by August 26. But have heard nothing else. Would you happen to know?

13/24-14N-11W. Blaine Co. Wells were spud in Dec 2025 to Jan 2026. Since they have several Cabernet wells to drill, they will do the drilling first and then frac them all at the same time. You can monitor on www.fracfocus.org. Use the Advanced option. I just checked and no Cabernet are listed yet.
33-13N-12W Blaine. No permit yet, but rigs are on either side in 30/19 and 23/26. See some leasing in 33.
29-13N-10W-Canadian Two rigs onsite. One is in 20 and drilling 29/20 and another is in 20 drilling 20/29/32. Validus has both Canvasback rigs.
9-4N-5W Grady Continental has permits Plato & Croom. No rig yet. No spud yet.
24-13N-22W Leasing in the section, permits likely to be for Cherokee reservoir.
