We just signed something near Centerville for 45 acres. $1250 NMA with 22.5% royalty. Offer was down on the royalty from what we signed three years ago at 25%. I have yet to hear of a $1500 NMA offer.

May I ask who you leased to? Was it Comstock?

Does anyone have recent lease bonus and royalty information for land near Marquez, Texas?

You may get better answers if you use the block, abstract name & number and the section. Your question is too vague,

Thank you for the help. J-Smith A-831 I believe is the survey.

I cannot comment on the bonus amounts as they are not public. There have been 27 leases in there in the past 36 months. The leases were all filed with a memorandum of lease, so the royalty is not public. Most folks want the 25% and no post production charges if they can get their attorney to negotiate hard enough.

Comstock already drilled two horizontal wells in there. If you are not getting royalties and were not contacted to lease, then contact Comstock for more info.
