For tax purposes, I need to determine the cost basis for Mineral Rights I acquired in 1987. I've had trouble finding the value of comparable properties because online documents don't go that far back.
The Reeves County tax office suggested that a landsman might be able to perform this research for me.
If other members have a recommendation for someone I should talk to, please PM me.
