What terms are being offered? Also—that legal is not in Converse County. Can you confirm the legal description?
That’s what they have on the paperwork for the area. They are sending me a new packet with more mineral acres involved. All in all it’s 116 net acres. They are offering 75 an acre on a 5 and 3 year lease.
What is the company? Based on that legal, you should be in Campbell County, not Converse.
