Hello, I got a call from Dudley land company in Wyoming saying I owned .211 (Under a quarter) of an acre of mineral acreage in Converse County Wyoming. Chesapeake energy in Oklahoma wants me to lease it on a 5 year lease at a flat $200 a acre at a 18.75 bonus or 3/16 a quarter royalty. Is .211 enough to worry about or should I tell them DEAL…Also how can I check (Website) if any other mineral acreage was left to me by my Father in the state of Wyoming??? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
