I received paperwork for Continental Resources Multiunit Horizontal Well relief sought cause 2025-003069 (Lands covered: Sections 6 and 7, Township 6 N, Range 5 W in Grady County). I later received another mailing for the same cause, but it added cause 2025-003070 for the same lands. I called the provided numbers multiple times to get information as to whether I should be receiving this or not, but have heard nothing back after leaving messages. I own mineral rights on Section 6-6N-6W and 32-7N-6W and have not been able to make a connection from the information provided if the paperwork being sent to me pertains to me or has been sent in error. I am attempting to find out if it does pertain to my sections, as my sister (who owns mineral rights on the same sections I own) is not on the list and is not receiving anything. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
Looks like a typo to me
2025-003069 is for a multi unit horizontal well in 6/7 6N-5W not 6W. 2025-003070 is the location exception for those two sections. The last cases I see for 6-6N-6W were for the Driftwood Goddard unit back in 2022.
That’s what I see as well…an error on their part for including me. Thank you for the confirmation. I had questioned if I missed something, but was pretty sure I hadn’t. I always appreciate the information on this website.
