Does anyone have any information about the Stamps Brothers lawsuit against Continental? Received a letter today about signing if wanting to be a part of the settlement.
Michele-- I received the info also, and after looking up the counties and well names referenced in the lawsuit online I have an interest in Coal County. Haven’t decided yet what to do but am leaning towards filling out the claim form and seeing what comes out of this. I don’t see any reason to be excluded and sure don’t have the time or resources to do anything on my own. What are your thoughts? Robert Blair.
I haven’t looked at that yet. Where can I get that information online? We are thinking the same thing; it just makes you nervous to fill something out and sign it without knowing much about this.
