Does anyone have any information about the Stamps Brothers lawsuit against continental. Received a letter today about signing if wanting to be a part of the settlement
Michele-- I recieved the info also, and after looking up the counties and well names referenced in the lawsuit on line I have an interest in Coal Co. Haven't decided yet what to do but am leaning towards filling out the claim form and seeing what comes out of this.I don't see any reason to be excluded and sure don't have the time or resources to anything on my own. What are your thoughts? Robert Blair.
I haven't looked at that yet. Where can I get that information online? We are thinking the same thing it just makes you nervous to fill something out and sign it without knowing much about this.
