I see Contango is buying White Star, are they a good company? I have four (4) wells on Section 14 Payne County, White Star is running two (2) wells, one (1) barely, the other two (2) are setting there I guess waiting for an upgrade or a fix. Unknown what their problem is. Anyway just asking.
Look up Contango’s SEC reports. They will either be too tiny and claim exemption, or they’ll file. Look to see if/when they filed for bankruptcy protection. Also if they file, their balance sheet.
