So we have just been mailed a lease for mineral rights on 75 acres my ganfather and his siblings retained mineral rights for. Does anyone have any words of wisdom, or recommendation for someone local to look at the lease offer, we are in Va. and no one here is knowledgeable. Thx in advance!
