28-13N-16W We were recently contacted about leasing. Any idea what the going rate is for this area? It was last leased 06/16/2017.

I usually look up the closest poolings within the contiguous 8 sections in the last year. That being said, there are none.

The closest in the township was section 7 $1350 @ 17.96% (just shy of 3/16ths), $1250 1/5th, $250 1/4th Mewbourne June 28, 2021. Gives you a general feel.

Mewbourne has been leasing in 2021 in 8, 10, 17 & 18
