I was contacted about five month ago by a company (Lone Wolf Energy) to provide information confirming that I was an heir to mineral rights owned in Utah by my late grandmother. The company said they represented Newfield, that a well had been drilled, and they were seeking to arrange payment. I completed the paperwork, and have heard nothing since then. Neither Lone Wolf or Newfield have replied to my emails. How long does sort of think take? I have a very small interest in this well, but I really curious about the status. Thanks.
