My mother signed a 5-year lease for minerals under her home in Midland, Texas, with Midcontinent Oil & Gas in May 2020. She sold her home in 2021 and the lease was excluded from the sale. Now that she has moved, I am trying to contact Midcontinent to update her address but am having no luck finding a phone number or email. The address listed for the company on the lease is 6608 North Western Ave., No. 185, Oklahoma City, but nothing shows up when I google under that address. I reached out to the landman who procured the lease but have had no response.

If anyone has information I would really appreciate it.

I think no matter what happens you would have claim to any minerals on your lease. Also, I think you could re-lease with another company and let them sort it out.
