Constant gas production

As a hypothetical question, would it be possible to choke an oil well in such a way that the secondary gas produced remains constant over the well’s lifetime (e.g., 10 years)?

Thank you!

In short, no. For every barrel or MCF produced, the pressure and fluid dynamics change, so nothing stays constant.
