Conoco Phillips bought our Marathon mineral interests in August 2025. It seemed the transaction went smoothly as our checks continued monthly through December 2025.
We haven’t received any checks in 2026. Our wells were producing, so I am not sure why there has been no payments.
Has anyone else been affected by this nonpayment?

Depending upon where your wells are, some of the Marathon wells in OK have been sold to Flywheel. Took them a bit to get the deck converted to them.

I am still getting monthly checks from Conoco Philips, but in the name of Phillips 66.
In Canadian County, OK we got our first Flywheel checks in January, but it says they are from FW Midcon 1 LLC.
Correct. Flywheel is a part of FW Midcon 1 LLC.
