Drilling was completed around January 7. True vertical depth of 17,573 feet with a 10,359-foot lateral. No info on frac status.

It’s being frac’d right now. I have some property nearby and I saw water transfer lines and sand trucks going to the pad.

I’m guessing this well is the one mentioned in the earnings report. Looks like a nice outcome at 41 MMcf/day. Any more permits on the radar in this area?
Yes, this is the well mentioned in yesterday’s earnings report. Very encouraging to see great test results in a well that is 24 miles away from the nearest prior Comstock well.

I was wondering that too. My family has oil rights in a lot of those areas…Olajuwon Well PP Well and have been told our oil rights in Freestone/Leon are more valuable because of Olajuwon. It’s May 15, 2025 today. If anyone knows please post.
I’ve had LOTS of offers to sell our interests in those Freestone tracts. I’m hanging on because there’s a huge upside to staying put - if you can walk away from what they’re offering!

Definitely a tough decision. Widow on SS renting and it’s become almost impossible to pay outrageous rents now.
when i went to the well and took a picture of the meter with my phone it was hitting 41,282mmcf/day rate.
