Anyone in the know about Comstock’s pipeline per rod offers?
I got a call from Permico Royalties about land in Leon, TX today. I and several relatives have small holdings and don’t want to sell. Apparently something is going on there.
I’ve gotten calls from Permico as well; they focus on minerals acquisitions. My question concerned current per rod rates for Comstock pipelines.
