I had a development company make an offer to buy mineral and gas interest that I may be an heir to.
I cannot find anything on this company other than their website. I call the attorney general office but they no longer handle gas & mineral situations. How do I find out more about the company and if it is legitimate. It does not sound like it or they are just buying up interest to flip at a higher price.
