Thanks for response. I had our 320 acres leased for 3 years and lessor did not want to exercise option for the next 2 years when the time came. Thus he gave up his option. He must have thought it was a good situation and maybe oil would be found on it. I feel that someone else will want to lease it in time. What do you have in mind on your royalty interests?
