I need to know the benefits and/or costs to the owner if the production company (Matador) has applied to “additional pool and lease commingling at the Ace Stern Tank Battery located in the NW/4 SW/4 (Unit L) of Section 21, Township 22 South, Range 28 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico.”
I am trying to help my father who owns the property. I don’t know if this application is something he should object to or not. What are the risks to him financially, or the benefits? Thanks!
