We own mineral rights in Marshall County but are not landowners. We received a lawsuit through US Federal Court, Northern District of West Virginia by Columbia Gas because landowners did not accept their offer. They are stating that eminent domain will prevail. We need to know how necessary it is to respond and how. Will appreciate info.
