I asked Grok and there seems to be a lot of activity there with potential “As of mid-2025, this area remains highly active, with robust output from horizontal drilling units—expect steady or modestly growing royalties if your setup mirrors local benchmarks.”

Permits to the north in 5N-67W by Chevron for horizontal wells. Civitas has permits to the west in 4N-68W. Room for more infill wells in your section, which Chevron already operated with horizontal wells.
