For several months I have been verbally talking to a landman about oil/gas mineral lease. He finally came up with some numbers that seem interesting. I want to look over the documents. I have left several messages for him to call and have not heard from him. He does not answer the phone either. He has leased several neighbors around me as late as two weeks ago. Any ideas why no response?

No sir I have not. One guy did tell me they were out of money till Feb. Then the new budget money would start it up again. IDK if this is right or not.
