I have recently been contacted by a landman interested in purchasing my oil, gas and minerals and royalties in the Robert W Chappell Survey abstract no. 644, Colorado County, Texas.

Does anyone have information on this?

I am not aware of any drilling taking place and I am not receiving any royalties.
