I used the cogcc website to finally figure out where my legal description lots are, but not sure how to read it technically speaking. Using the map key, the red dots indicate wells. But how do i know if these are current or old? And if there is one immediately adjacent to my parcel, does that mean the rights are soley attached to that parcel and not pulling from mine? I’m “self-educating” using the Mineral web.com site and this forum. When I finally “know what I don’t know”, I’ll contact some legal help, but I’m still not even that smart yet! Please point me in the right direction to get more info or to read the cogcc maps correctly. Thanks in advance!
