I just received a lease offer for 300 acres in Cochran county at $300/nma and 1/4 royalty. Anybody know if this is a going price? Thanks for any info. Debra
Debra, I'd be happy to take a closer look at your lease offer and lease form. The royalty they've offered is good. Silver Creek Oil & Gas and A.C.T. Operating have been the two companies active in Cochran County this year. If the lease is not from one of those two, it is possible either or both may be interested in leasing your property as well.
