Coal lease in Leflore County

I recently found I own several hundred acres of what used to be the Beautelschies coal mine in Leflore county. Is there still a way to have this leased?

In theory, yes. In practice, no. Very little market for coal production in Oklahoma. There is still some in Haskell county. I think it is unlikely that a coal company will want to lease this.

Is there a reason why? I can see the coal plant from the land?
