I received a Notice of Continuance today from Barnes Law regarding a Multiunit Horizontal Well that they had a hearing on yesterday. The legal description is: Sectons 5 and 8, Township1 North, Range 9 East, Coal County, Oklahoma. My question is, currently the mineral rights are not under lease with anyone nor has anyone made any offers. How can they do this?
