A drilling permit from Continental Resources for the Dixon 1-10-15 XH in sections 10-T3s-R3W and 15-T3S-R3W ... Bearcat Land has been the landpersons . It was before commission a couple weeks ago ....I am hopeful that things will move forward I am getting offer letters for $4,000 an acre ... So I am thinking that they are expecting a good well...

Steve, I'm not Clint but I can tell you this: the Pooling Order and Location Exception hearings for both sections are scheduled for 12-13-13. If they are "recommended" at that time they go on the Commissioners signing docket. Once that is completed they can apply for a drilling permit. It is common for these things to get rescheduled, so I wouldn't expect any news until January at the earliest.

Steve, the wait is hard now but the time between well completion and the first check seems like forever.
