I was wondering if anyone knows how much leases are going for in Clay County, Texas, and if royalties are somewhat negotiable. Have some acreage in TE&L A-495, Lewis and Jones A-266 and was wanting to know what bonus payments and or the best royalties given in the area are. Being as its in the Barnett, yet mostly played out, seems to be worth a few hundred an acre, and hopefully 1/4 is not out of the quaestion. Feel free to post back, but preferably inbox.
